Globalx SolutionS is the commercial name of Global Holdings LTD, Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada ("the Company"). All software, services and content offered on this platform are provided by the Company.

2. Use of the service

The platform provides AI-powered tools, seminars, advisory and enterprise services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to access, disrupt or reverse-engineer non-public parts of the system.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Providing accurate contact information, including a valid phone number, is required to activate services.

4. Subscriptions & services

Plans and specialized services (trademark registration, marketing campaigns, business plans, tax advisory, workforce AI training and others) are activated once payment is confirmed. Benefits are listed per plan and may evolve over time.

5. Payments & refunds

Payment terms are shown at checkout. Digital services are non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

All trademarks, software and content remain the property of the Company or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform during your subscription.

7. AI personalization

You may customize your AI agent with interests and preferences after creating an account. Outputs from AI models are informational and do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Global Holdings LTD, Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada.
